🔎 Step 1: Install Smart STB on Your TV

Samsung Smart TV:
Press the Home button →
Open Apps →
Search for Smart STB →
Select Install.

LG Smart TV:
Press the Home button →
Open the LG Content Store →
Search for Smart STB →
Select Install.

Android TV / Sony / TCL:
Open the Google Play Store →
Search for Smart STB →
Select Install.

Amazon Fire TV / FireStick:
Open the Downloader app and use
the official Smart STB website to obtain the application.
📝 Step 2: Find Your Virtual MAC Address
Smart STB uses a Virtual MAC Address
to identify and register your TV within the application.

Open the Smart STB app on your TV.

When the loading screen appears, press the
Enter/OK button on your remote.

Open Device Info or
System Settings → Device Info.

Locate and write down your
Virtual MAC Address.

Your MAC address should look similar to:
XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
Important:
Make sure you use the Virtual MAC Address displayed by
Smart STB rather than your TV's regular Wi-Fi or network
MAC address.
💡 Step 3: Activate Your Smart STB License
Smart STB may provide a trial option, while continued use
may require an appropriate application license.

Visit the official Smart STB website
from your phone or computer.

Create an account or sign in to your existing account.

Open the Order section.

Select the available trial or license option.

Enter your Virtual MAC Address
when requested.

Complete the activation or license process.
➡️ Step 4: Add Your IPTV Portal
Smart STB does not provide TV channels by itself.
You will need an IPTV subscription and the
Portal URL supplied by your IPTV provider.

Sign in to your Smart STB account.

Open My Apps or your registered
TV/device section.

Select the TV device you want to configure.

Locate the Portal URL field.

Enter the Portal URL provided by your
IPTV service provider.

Save the changes.
🔄 Step 5: Restart Smart STB and Load Your Channels

Return to your Smart TV.

Open the Smart STB application.
-
Press the Back/Return button on
your remote to open the application menu.

Select Restart Portal.
-
If required, completely close the application and
open Smart STB again.

Smart STB should then connect to your configured
IPTV portal and load the available content.

loading, contact your IPTV service provider and provide
your Virtual MAC Address along with details of the issue.
